We’ll kick things off with an in-depth call to review your goals, challenges, and priorities. Together, we’ll outline exactly what you need from your Notion workspace and how it will support your business moving forward.

→ Custom build in just a few days

After our strategy session, I’ll dive into building your workspace. With a clear plan and your input, I’ll create a customized setup tailored to your specific needs.

This isn’t just a blind build that gets handed off to you. I’ll reach out for your input or clarification as needed, keeping you informed and involved every step of the way.

→ Documentation + resources

Your workspace will include detailed documentation and resources to help you maintain it. From how-tos to best practices, you’ll have everything you need to keep your system running smoothly.

→ Handoff call with training

  • I dedicate a total of 12 hours to your VIP week. This includes prep for our kick off call; our kick off call; building; hand off and training, and then a week of basic support.

  • Yes! If you’d like to include a team member I am happy to add on an additional $500 to account for training them and including them in our strategy call.

  • Absolutely not! This service is designed to help you level up your Notion knowledge and learn how to continue to optimize it long after we work together.

    You must know the basics of Notion though. Everything else I'll show you.

  • I have enough space for 2-3 businesses a month. Depending on how full my schedule is, you can secure your spot within 1-2 weeks.

  • Yes! I have helped many clients take a template they are partially using and update it so they can use the parts they like and get rid of those they don't.
