Building + Customization
You’ll receive hands-on assistance reworking and optimizing one or two key areas in your Notion workspace. I’ll build and refine on the call, so you learn as we go!
Strategic Advice + Support
We’ll discuss how Notion can be set up to support your goals as a business. You’ll get a questionnaire before we meet to share what you’d like to focus on and learn.
Training + Best Practices
We’ll cover best practices when using Notion, and where applicable I’ll give you standard operating procedures and resources to help you going forward. This will help you save hours of time and mistakes.
Features + Tips + Tricks
Notion has a bit of a learning curve, I’ll go over how to use some of its more complex features such as relations, automations, and more! I’ll also share tips + tricks to help you get up to speed quickly.

What’s included
→ Questionnaire
After you pay for your session, you’ll receive an automated email with a link to book your session, and a questionnaire to give me the download of what you’d like to cover so we both can come prepared!
→ Review + prep
I want to ensure we’re fully prepared for our call so you get the most out of it. Depending on what’s in your questionnaire, I might have you also record a brief Loom of the area/s we’ll be focusing on. I’ll also ask for Guest access to specific pages.
→ 3 hour session
We'll meet via Zoom for 3 hours. We’ll break this up into two sessions. Don’t worry, I’ll be doing most of the customization you just need to show up and I’ll drive.
→ Hands on building + customization
This is a completely interactive experience, I’ll be building within your workspace. I’ll be talking through everything I’m doing, so you’ll be learning as you go!
→ Recording with searchable video
Immediately after the call you’ll receive an automated recording from Fathom (the AI notetaker I use). The recording is in a portal that includes a searchable video with an AI transcript of our session.
→ Documentation + resources
I’ll give you how-to docs that I personally use to help you understand Notion even better. You’ll be able to copy these into your workspace to share with your team. I’ll also share any outside resources with you.
→ Wrap up email
24 hours after our session, I’ll send you a wrap up email with a link to your recording, any resources we discussed, and any follow up.
→ One week of support
One week of support is included, for any lingering questions or issues that might arise. You’ll have the opportunity to submit Loom videos if you’re stuck.

Begin onboarding
Once you’ve signed on, you’ll get an onboarding package welcoming you! In it you’ll find a a link to schedule your call, a comprehensive questionnaire, tips to get the most out of our time together, and how to submit your video and pages we’ll be reviewing.

Meet for our session!
We'll meet via Zoom for a jam packed call for 3 hour session. Our call will be recorded, so no need to worry about taking notes unless you want to!

Wrap up + resources
After our call, you'll receive an automated email with a link to the recording. I’ll also follow up within 24 hours with any resources I mentioned, action items I promised to look into, and anything else I think you might need!
04
One week of support
After our session, you’ll have one week of support so if you have any lingering questions or come up against an issue from something we worked on you can send me an email with a Loom video. I’ll reply within 24-48 hours.
